Tulemar Resort resides within the gated 33-acre Tulemar Gardens Condominium in the heart of Manuel Antonio, just outside Manuel Antonio National Park. Designed as individual vacation homes, our private villas are tucked into an expansive hillside with unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean and jungle and are ideal for couples or families looking for luxury and tranquility. This gives our guests the best of all worlds, as they enjoy the comfort of a luxurious vacation rental, as well as the amenities and services available at a high-end resort.

Tulemar Resort originally started as two separate resorts: Tulemar Bungalows & Villas and Buena Vista Luxury Villas which was one of the first resorts in Manuel Antonio.

Buena Vista Luxury Villas features luxury 1, 2, & 3 bedroom villas, great for lovebirds, but able to accommodate families or large groups up to 11 people.
Tulemar Bungalows & Villas provide comfortable, budget-friendly accommodations with amazing million dollar views.

Both are now part of Tulemar Resort, the only resort operation within the world-famous Tulemar Gardens Condominium property.

34 luxurious, self-contained villas and rustic bungalows are nestled into the hillside. It’s kind of like staying in your very own jungle tree house, except with modern conveniences that will enhance your stay, such as in-room climate controls, refrigerators (some villas have full kitchens), and refreshing rainfall shower heads in most units.

Ranging from 1, 2, and 3-bedroom luxury villas to comfortable, budget-friendly bungalows and standard rooms, our accommodations will provide you with both the privacy and ample space needed for a romantic getaway for two or for a memory-filled vacation with your family and friends.

You can also take in some of the most spectacular scenery in all of Costa Rica since the Tulemar coast in all of its glory is on full display from many of the villas’ patios or balconies.

All tours (excluding Fishing Charters) include transportation to and from the property in the cost of the tour.
