At the Aman Spa, natural herb-infused treatments are offered in six light-filled pavilions that include a private steam room, shower, bath, and outdoor meditation sala. These are joined by a gym and Pilates studio with panoramic views, a yoga and meditation pavilion and four floodlit tennis courts
DINING AT AMANPURI
A pair of restaurants serve up dishes made from locally-grown ingredients, while the seasonal Japanese Restaurant specialises in French Kaiseki fare.
Overlooking the swimming pool and beach, the Italian Restaurant and seasonal Beach Terrace serve locally-sourced fare centred on the fish and crustacea that come directly from Phuket fishermen’s boats. The Beach Club serves a selection of Mediterranean grill and wood-fired specialities, and the Lounge pairs an array of wines with oysters, appetisers and artisan cheeses. From November to April, these eateries are joined by a beachside Japanese restaurant, serving traditional fare that fuses local ingredients with produce imported from Japan.
